Adrienne Vallejo Foster

Adrienne Vallejo Foster is a second-generation Kansan whose Grandparents immigrated legally from Mexico in the early 1900’s. Her grandparents settled in Horton, Kansas to follow the steady labor from the railroad. Adrienne’s parents raised 12 children in Wyandotte County with her father working on the Railroad and her Mother working 26 years for Security Bank in Kansas City, KS. Adrienne, being the youngest of twelve, was the first of her family to go from high school to college and completed a college degree at Washburn University in Public Administration and later went on to complete her master’s in public administration at UMKC.
Adrienne started her political career as City Council woman, then Mayor of Roeland Park bringing her strong work ethic and fiscal conservative spending during the tough recession in 2008. She then went on to serve Governor Brownback as the executive director of the Kansas Hispanic and Latino American Affairs Commission where her outreach to the Hispanic Business Community continues today. In 2017 Adrienne was appointed as the Region 7 Advocate for the Office of Advocacy of the U.S. Business Administration under President Donald J. Trump due to her reputation as a small business advocate in the 3rd District. Adrienne worked alongside state and local government agencies, state legislators, and trade associations in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska to overcome burdensome regulations that constrained business.
Because of her strong conservative values, her unwavering Pro-Life stance, and unrelenting voice for individual freedoms, Adrienne threw her hat into the 3rd District Congressional Race in 2020. Although her bid was not successful, Adrienne continued to work the 2020 election as a member of the POP UP 4 TRUMP ROADSHOW, where she traveled 13k miles across Kansas to ensure a RED WIN in Kansas.
Adrienne and her husband Steve have five sons, 3 daughters-in-law and one grandson. She is the President of Foster Consulting and is actively involved in St. Vincent Parrish as well as many Political groups across the State of Kansas and throughout the United States.
