Our Leadership Team

Charlotte O’Hara

I am a mother of 5, grandchildren of 7, a principle of Rutland Corp, a small family owned manufacturing company, owner of O’Hara Keeler Properties, LLC and formerly a residential general contractor.

Also I am a musician, a self published poet, an outdoor enthusiast regularly exercising Gabby, our family horse, and riding my bike on the backroads of JoCo and the rail to trails in both Kansa and Missouri.

My public service has included serving as Chairwoman for the Republican Party, 3rd Congressional District and as Representative for Kansas 27th Disteixt. Currently, I am the 3rd District Commissioner for the Johnson County Board of County Commissioners and co-founder of the Wilberforce Team with Adrienne Foster.

Our mission for the Wilberforce Team is to end human trafficking, the modern, sanitized monicker for slavery. Adrienne and I understand the difficulty of our mission and hold as our inspiration William Wilberforce, whose 20 year fight ended the horrors of the United Kingdom slave trade in 1807.
